What Program Is Right For You?
Ratings & Reviews So You Can Find The Best Fit For What You Want To Improve
Level of Difficulty Is Rated 1 -10.
1 = Easiest
10 = Hardest
Keep in mind that even the "easier" programs such as Ball on a String 1 will get you GREAT results no matter what level you are at, because it keeps your mechanics in check and comfortability with the basketball high. I still do TONS of "easy" drills every week.
Also note that both the easier and more difficult programs start at a level that is easier for players to start off with and gets more difficult as you get further into the program's workout(s). This is why each program has a rating for how difficult it is to start with and how difficult it is at the end of the program.
Instinct - Beginning: 7.5 - End: 10
Speed Handles 2 - Beginning: 4 - End: 10
Ball on a String 2 - Beginning: 2 - End: 8.5
6th Sense - Rating: 8.5
Ace Hand - Beginning: 3 - End: 7
Ball on a String 1 - Beginning: 1 - End: 8.5
Scoring Made Simple - Rating: 7
Keep in mind improving your handles gets you better and easier scoring opportunities, but the programs below work more directly with shooting and finishing around the basket. I'll have more scoring programs coming soon!

Although the programs below don't work specifically on defense we've had tons of players tell us they've seen great improvements in their defense from using them. That's because they develop skills that are important on defense such as speed, athleticism, footwork, stance, reactions, and awareness.

The programs below are either lighter or shorter workouts, or focus more on techniques and/or understanding of the game and can be done with any other Get Handles program.
What Areas Do You Want To Improve?
Most of the Get Handles programs develop multiple skills and abilities, but for the most part each one focuses mostly on 1-3 specific areas of your game. I've made this guide to make it easier to select the program that's right for you.
Just click any of the skills below to expand it and reveal the top programs to improve that skill and what rating each program gets for that skill on a scale of 1-10. You may even find that some programs help you improve in some unexpected ways!
What I recommend you do is find 1-3 areas that you most want to improve and find which program has the highest combined rating for those areas. In some instance you may need more than 1 program to work on different areas.
At the bottom of the page you can also see which programs you can pair with any other program without overtraining.
I've also added a section that shows what level of difficulty each "drill-based ball handling program" is, so you can find a program that fits the level of difficulty you're looking for.
