With Ball on a String 2 we wanted expand on some of the concepts in Ball on a String 1, plus add in some all new training methods to make the World’s most complete ball handling program. First, we wanted to put in some moves and dribbling tactics that weren’t in Ball on a String 1. Then we added in a lot more drills while on the move, scoring drills, and some 2 ball drills. We also wanted to incorporate some new breakthroughs in training tactics and techniques.
What do I need for this program?
Just two basketballs, a hoop, and 8 cones (or any other object you can find to substitute for cones). For the Booster workout we do recommend either two weighted basketballs or two rubber medicine balls that you can bounce, but they are not required.
