Lifetime is defined as lifetime of the product. If the product is ever discontinued, Snake Basketball LLC has no liability to continue to provide the services and the user agrees that all services have been fully delivered and were satisfactory. There is no continuing liability on the behalf of Snake Basketball LLC with regards to the user. Free trial periods on products and services can only be used once per customer.

Refund Policies:

The Get Handles Refund Policy is in place to protect our integrity, as well as the ethical and hard working players of Get Handles.

There are separate refund policies for the MEGA-Game Bundle, and Monthly Payment Plans.

Refund policy for non-monthly and non-bundle programs is as follows:

The Get Handles Refund Policy states that we will refund you only after you give our programs a fair effort.

If you follow the program you purchase in it’s entirety, with documentation, and do not see the desired results we will find a way to get you those results or gladly refund your money.

Documentation may include:

- Questions sent periodically to coaches
- Video of workouts
- Workout Logs filled out.
- *A proven effort to get better

Our 60 Day Money Back Guarantee is under the assumption you know and have abided by our refund policy to date.

*A proven effort to get better is simply any proof of your attempt to use the purchased program in it’s entirety.

Part of our refund policy is that you must own and use a program for 21 days before a refund will be considered by our staff.

Refunds will NOT be given to:

- Anyone who wants their money back for reasons outside of not reaching desired results (future refund requests for the requested product will also be denied)

- Anyone who attempts to abuse the refund policy with frequent refunds requests of the majority of their purchases

- Anyone who attempts to refund within 21 days of purchase (future refund requests for the requested product will also be denied)

- Anyone who doesn't contact Get Handles about how to get better results from the program before requesting a refund (future refund request for the requested product will also be denied)

- Anyone who has no proof of effort or use of the program (future refund request for the requested product will also be denied).

- Anyone who is caught pirating or sharing a program

- Anyone requesting a refund without a receipt or proof of purchase.

- Anyone who refunds a program, purchases it again, and attempts to refund it again

- Any other reasons shall be reviewed within a 7 day period where Full/Partial/No Refund
may be awarded.

A refund request is defined as anyone emailing our support team, help@gethandles.com asking for a refund, or if we offer refunds, after purchasing a program.

Refund Policy And Terms For MEGA-Game One Time:

- The MEGA-Game One Time is a non-refundable purchase.

- Upon payment you get access to all programs listed on the Mega-Game Bundle page at the time of purchase

Refund Policy And Terms For MEGA-Game Monthly:

- For each month while on the MEGA-Game Monthly plan you get access to 1-2 new programs listed on the Mega-Game Bundle page at the time of initial purchase/signing up for MEGA-Game Monthly

- The order of programs access is already scheduled to ensure your results and can not be changed

- MEGA-Game Monthly payments are non-refundable, however you may cancel future payments at any time.

- Upon cancelling your MEGA-Game Monthly plan you will no longer have access to the programs in the MEGA-Game Monthly plan.

- After completing 12 monthly payments to the MEGA-Game Monthly plan you will be given lifetime access to the programs in the bundle and will no longer need to make future payments.

- If you cancel your MEGA-Game Monthly payments you will still have lifetime access to any programs purchased before joining the MEGA-Game Monthly plan.

- Free trials can only be used once per customer

Refund Policy And Terms For Revamp Camp Package:

- All Revamp Camp purchases are non-refundable

Refund Policy And Terms For In Person Camps, Sessions & Live Online Training :

- All in person training is non-refundable after signing up, unless noted otherwise for that specific training

- If a monthly payment option is selected, all payments are to be completed

- All live online training, through any platform (Zoom, Facetime, etc.) is non-refundable, and can not be rescheduled for a different date after paying for a specific date
