Hey coach. I was wondering if you could give me some tips ? The middle school coach is very strict on there thing , handles , agility, and height. I only have handles and agility but I’m 5,1 how can I boost a few inches before next years try outs (from 3-8 or so inches). One more thing I have terrible ups and I need that too so if you could get me a diet or workouts that could boost my ups and height I’m all ears thanks, Bryce .
